Lego meets mountain biking in this stop motion video

This new Lego MTB video from TotalMTB and Marmot Animation is actually pretty cool. It depicts a ride with friends and all the good vibes that come with it. We recently had a conversation with Ryan from TotalMTB about the association and how it all started.

Make sure you take the time to do the same. Call your friends and go for a walk, it’s good for you!

A friend of mine loves doing stuff with Lego and also making video content, so he started doing stop motion video with Lego. He is extremely talented not only with video, but also with storylines.

I’m always on the lookout for new, fresh, yet engaging content to spread awareness of TotalMTB’s values and what we do, as well as our important mental health message. Most people love Lego and it seemed like a smart, engaging video to promote mountain biking and its benefits.

I gave Marmot a fairly open brief. It starts with someone stressed out at work, messaging friends to take a ride and the ride de-stresses the rider. The file also contained a few words of inspiration to try and include in the video.

I had no idea what the video was going to be other than that including Lego, and have to say I couldn’t be happier with what he came up with and the final video. I think it shows and gets across exactly what we want.
